Detailed Itinerary 7 Days Uganda Gorilla Masai Mara
Day 1 : Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your driver-guide. Begin a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing rolling hills, terraced farmlands, tea plantations, and local villages.
Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon, check in, and relax. Enjoy dinner while soaking in the peaceful forest atmosphere.

Day 2 : First Gorilla Trek in Bwindi
After an early breakfast, head to Bwindi park headquarters for registration and a pre-trek briefing. You’ll be assigned a gorilla family and guided into the dense rainforest.
The trek can last 2–6 hours depending on the gorillas’ location. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants — watch the playful infants, nurturing mothers, and the protective silverback.
Return to the lodge for relaxation. Optional activities in the afternoon include a Batwa cultural visit or a community walk.

Day 3 : Second Gorilla Trek in Bwindi
After breakfast, return to the park headquarters for a briefing. Today, you’ll be assigned a different gorilla family for a second trekking adventure, allowing you to experience more of Bwindi’s incredible primate diversity.
Trek 2–6 hours through the forest, spending another magical hour with the gorillas. Capture more memories and enjoy observing unique behaviors of these endangered animals.
Return to the lodge in the afternoon to relax and enjoy the forest surroundings. Optional activities can include another cultural visit or a nature walk.

Day 4 : Transfer to Kigali/Entebbe → Fly to Nairobi
After breakfast, depart Bwindi and drive back to Kigali or Entebbe through scenic countryside. Arrive in time for your scheduled flight to Nairobi, Kenya.
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your lodge or hotel. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 5 : Nairobi National Park & Giraffe Centre
Start the day with an early morning game drive in Nairobi National Park, spotting lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and diverse bird species against the backdrop of the city skyline.
Later, visit the Giraffe Centre, feeding endangered Rothschild giraffes and learning about conservation efforts.
Return to the hotel in the afternoon for leisure or optional city exploration.

Day 6 : Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Nairobi for Maasai Mara National Reserve. You may travel by road (5–6 hours) through the scenic Rift Valley or take a short flight (1 hour).
Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in the Mara, spotting elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. Watch the stunning African sunset before dinner at your lodge.

Day 7 : Full-Day Safari in Maasai Mara → Return to Nairobi / Departure
Begin with an early morning game drive, observing wildlife at its most active. Track predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, as well as herbivores such as giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and elephants.
After a picnic lunch in the park, continue exploring the reserve. Optionally, visit a Maasai village to learn about their culture.
Return to Nairobi in the late afternoon for your departure flight or overnight stay depending on your schedule.
